- 60 ml De Nigris Apple Cider Vinegar
- 120 ml cranberry juice
- 30 ml honey syrup (equal parts honey and hot water)
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 60 ml sparkling water
- Ice
- Sugar and pink sweets (such as marshmallow twists) to dress glass
For the recipe
Wet some kitchen paper with water, and then press the rim of the glass into it, before dipping the rim into sugar to decorate.
Put De Nigris Apple Cider Vinegar, cranberry juice, honey syrup, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake well for about 10-15 seconds.
Place ice cubes carefully in the glass and pour in the mixture from the shaker. Top with sparkling water and give it a stir. Add a paper straw and decorate the rim with a pink sweet.
