Spicy and delicious Pumpkin and Ginger Cocktail with De Nigris Apple Cider Vinegar. Perfect for this Halloween season!

Ingredients for 2 People

  • 3.5 oz. pumpkin such as sugar pumpkin or kabocha squash,​
  • 2 tbsp turbinado sugar​
  • 1 tbsp De Nigris Apple Cider Vinegar ​
  • 1 –2 slices of fresh ginger​
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

For the recipe

Pumpkin and Ginger Cocktail with Apple Cider Vinegar​

Peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes. Cook the pumpkin in a pot with water until soft. 

Meanwhile, cut the ginger into slices.

When the pumpkin is ready, place all the ingredients in a blender, add a tablesppon of  De Nigris Apple Cider Vinegar  and blend until smooth. 

Decorate the rim of the glass with sugar, pour the mix and serve!
