This Savory Croissant with Prosciutto, Burrata and Marinated Peaches​ is the perfect combination recipe for brunch or a quick lunch. Add even more sweet and sour taste with Biancoro Sweet Vinegar Condiment.


Ingredients for 4 People

  • 4 butter croissants ​
  • 1 peach ​
  • 1/2 cup blackberries ​
  • 2 tbsp De Nigris Apple Cider Vinegar ​
  • 8 slices Parma ham ​
  • 7 oz mozzarella cheese ​
  • 8 basil leaves ​
  • 3 tsp pine nuts ​
  • Extra Virgin Olive oil ​
  • Salt ​
  • Pink pepper

For the recipe

Wash and dry the peach and blackberries. Cut the peach into thin slices, without peeling off the skin. Add the peach and black berries to a bowl, then De Nigris Biancoro Sweet White Wine Vinegar, 1 tablespoon of oil, salt and pink pepper.

Add some of the basil leaves, mix and leave to marinate. Meanwhile, cut the croissant in half, fill it with ham and mozzarella and then add the dressing. Garnish with pine nuts and basil, serve!
