These Peanut Butter and Balsamic Cereal Bars are the perfect snack to enjoy at school or after the gym!

Delicious cereal bars with oats and dried fruit enriched with De Nigris Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar.

Ingredients for 16 People

  • 1 cup rolled oats ​
  • 1 cup granola​
  • ⅔ cups smooth peanut butter, at room temperature​
  • ⅓ cup honey​
  • 1 tbsp De Nigris Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar​
  • 1 cup dried fruits (raisins, hazelnuts)

For 16 bars

Line an 8×8 square pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a large bowl, toss the granola and rolled oats.

In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, honey and De Nigris Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar
until smooth. Pour over the granola oat mixture and mix until well coated.

Fold in the chopped dried fruits.

Press the mixture firmly into the pan using a piece of parchment paper. Freeze for at least 1 hour.

Remove from pan and slice.


  • Dried fruits can be any of your choice, depends on taste
  • Make sure peanut butter and honey are at room temperature for better blending. 
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in freezer for up to 3 months.
