Ingredients for 4 People

  • 4 salmon fillets (4-6 oz each)
  • ¼ cup De Nigris Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar 
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a small saucepan, combine De Nigris Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Brush half of the balsamic glaze over the salmon fillets. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
