Ingredients for 4 People
- 2 cups canned chickpeas
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup tahini
- 1 garlic clove (peeled)
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp De Nigris Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar (and extra to drizzle)
- 2 tbsp sea salt flakes
For the recipe
Drain chickpeas
Add drained chickpeas, lemon juice, peeled garlic clove and extra virgin olive oil to blender, then blitz until well-combined
Add water, De Nigris 1889 Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar and sea salt flakes, then continue to blitz until thoroughly combined, but slightly crunchy
Transfer mixture to a serving bowl, then garnish with chickpeas and a drizzle of De Nigris Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar
Serve with pita bread or crunch crackers
