Add a gourmet flourish to your homemade hummus with a splash of De Nigris Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar.​


Ingredients for 4 People

  • 2 cups canned chickpeas
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup tahini
  • 1 garlic clove (peeled)
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp De Nigris Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar (and extra to drizzle)
  • 2 tbsp sea salt flakes

Drain chickpeas

Add drained chickpeas, lemon juice, peeled garlic clove and extra virgin olive oil to blender, then blitz until well-combined

Add water, De Nigris 1889 Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar and sea salt flakes, then continue to blitz until thoroughly combined, but slightly crunchy

Transfer mixture to a serving bowl, then garnish with chickpeas and a drizzle of De Nigris Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar

Serve with pita bread or crunch crackers
