Ingredients for 2 People

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ⅔ cup leftover pasta (plain or with sauce)
  • ½ cup grated Grana Padano cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • De Nigris Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the recipe

In a bowl, whisk eggs, parmesan and milk. Add pasta. Add oil to a baking pan, let it rise to temperature than add the pasta. Once ready, flip to and let the other side cook. Garnish with De Nigris Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar.
