Beef straccetti with fried zucchini and mint marry the comfort of winter flavors with the freshness of spring ingredients. We added De Nigris Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar extra flavor.
Ingredients for 1 Person
- 1 zucchini
- 2 slices of beef carpaccio
- Mint, to taste
- Oil, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 4 tbsp De Nigris Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar
For the recipe
Wash and cut the zucchini into rounds.
Slice the beef thinly.
Place a pan with oil over medium heat, when hot pour the zucchini and fry until golden. Add salt and set aside.
In another pan, add oil and place over medium heat. Add the sliced beef, salt and De Nigris Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar, and cook.
Place the beef straccetti in a plate, add the zucchini and decorate with mint.
