Don’t¬†throw¬†out¬†those¬†pumpkin¬†seeds!¬†Bake¬†them¬†with some De Nigris¬†Bronze¬†Label¬†Balsamic¬†Vinegar¬†to create the¬†perfect¬†fall¬†snack

Ingredients for 4 People

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds‚Äč
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil‚Äč
  • 1 ¬Ĺ tbsp De Nigris Bronze Label Balsamic Vinegar‚Äč
  • 2 tsp sugar‚Äč
  • ¬Ĺ tsp of kosher salt‚Äč
  • cracked pepper‚Äč

For the recipe

Preheat¬†the¬†oven¬†to 400¬įF. Line a¬†baking¬†pan with¬†parchment¬†paper.‚Äč

Bring¬†a¬†pot¬†of¬†salted¬†water to a¬†boil.¬†Add¬†pumpkin¬†seeds¬†and¬†boil¬†for 10 minutes. Drain.¬†Pat¬†seeds¬†dry on¬†paper¬†towels.‚Äč

In a¬†bowl,¬†toss¬†pumpkin¬†seeds¬†with olive oil,De Nigris¬†Bronze¬†Label¬†Balsamic¬†Vinegar¬†, and sugar. Season¬†with¬†salt¬†and¬†generously¬†with¬†pepper, or to taste. Spread the¬†coated¬†seeds¬†evenly¬†on¬†lined¬†baking¬†pan‚Äč

Roast for 10-15 minutes, turning the seeds every 5 minutes. Remove seeds from the oven when they are crispy. Allow to cool to room temperature and serve.
