Italian Chef Luca Corleone made this delicious crostini recipe with pesto, burrata, cherry tomatoes, Parmigiano Reggiano, ham and De Nigris Dark Cherry Sweet Vinegar.

An easy and quick appetizer you must try!


Ingredients for 2 People

  • 2 white bread slices
  • 2 tbsp of basil pesto
  • 1 burrata cheese
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 slices of parma ham
  • 4 marinated balck olives
  • grated Parmesan cheese, to taste
  • De Nigris Dark Cherry Sweet Vinegar, to taste

For the recipe

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, when hot add the two slices of bread and toast for 2 minutes each side. Leave the bread cooling and meanwhile roast the cherry tomatoes. When ready,  add a tablespoon of basil pesto to each slice, burrata cheese, tomatoes, ham and olives. Then top with grated parmesan cheese to taste and De Nigris Dark Cherry Sweet Vinegar.
