Ingredients for 2 people

  • 350 g squid
  • 20 g extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 g avocado
  • 5 g thyme
  • 50 g radicchio
  • 20 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 g lime juice
  • Low Sugar Condiment with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

For the recipe

Clean the squid.

Marinate it in a bowl with oil and lime juice; let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.​ 

Rinse the radicchio, dry it and cut it finely.​

Peel the avocado and cut it into pieces. Heat a grill pan and when it is hot, cook the squid for a few minutes on each side, then put it on a plate and salt them, finally cut them into rings.​ 

Place the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, add the thyme and season with oil, pepper and salt.

If you prefer, add more lime then add the squid and serve.​
