This Avocado, Calamari and Thyme Radish Salad is the perfect combination of fresh and zesty flavor. A nutritious, healthy and delicious recipe enriched with Low Sugar Condiment with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.


Ingredients for 2 People

  • 13 oz squid
  • 1 oz extra vergin oil
  • 4 oz avocado
  • 2 oz radish
  • 0.5 oz lime jucie
  • thyme, to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Low Sugar Condiment with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

For the recipe

Clean the squid.

Marinate it in a bowl with oil and lime juice; let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.​ 

Rinse the radish, dry it and cut it finely.​

Peel the avocado and cut it into pieces. Heat a grill pan and when it is hot, cook the squid for a few minutes on each side, then put it on a plate and salt them, finally cut them into rings.​ 

Place the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, add the thyme and season with oil, pepper and salt.

If you prefer, add more lime then add the squid and serve.​
