Vinegar Cocktail Experience

During the prestigious Salone del Cibus, a celebration of Italian culinary excellence, we realized an innovative collaboration with the renowned mixologist Mattia Pastori (@nonsolococktails).

The goal? Rediscovering and enhancing balsamic vinegar in an unusual and surprising context: cocktails.

Mattia Pastori, known for his creativity and mastery in the art of mixology, accepted the challenge with enthusiasm, reinventing four classic cocktails using the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP as the main ingredient.
Each drink has been meticulously studied and balanced to enhance the unique characteristics of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, offering a unique and unforgettable sensory experience.

The cocktails demonstrate the innovative potential of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, beyond its traditional culinary application.
This collaboration will represent a perfect combination of tradition and modernity, celebrating Italian excellence in a surprising and exciting way.

Old Modena Fashioned

 

1 cl De Nigris Dark Cherry Vinear

1 cube of sugar

5 cl Whiskey

a pinch of soda

Founder Sour

 

1 cl Balsamic Vinegar of Modena De Nigris Founder’s Recipe

3 cl Gin Fabbri Black cherry

2 cl lemon juice

2 cl cranberry syrup

Mango Vinegar Spritz

 

1.5 cl Fruttato Mango De Nigris

10 cl Cartizze Brut

2 cl Savoia Orancio

1 slice of orange

Roséoro Blossom

 

2 cl Roséoro with pink grapefruit skins

10 cl rosé wine

4 cl pink grapefruit juice
