Producing artisan quality balsamic vinegar, on such a grand scale, is only possible by paying the utmost attention to every stage of the production process. This is a source of great pride to De Nigris, because we directly control everything that goes into making our famous Balsamic Vinegar of Modena: from grape to bottle.
We carefully grow and select various varieties of grape, which we then press and process in our traditional vinegar mills.
