A healthy and quick recipe with less sugar but equally delicious. Trout Roll with Green Chilli and Crispy Bacon, enriched with De Nigris Low Sugar Balsamic Vinegar Glazé.


Ingredients for 1 Person

  • 1 trout fillet
  • 1 slice of bacon
  • 1 green chilli pepper
  • Olive oil, to taste
  • De Nigris Low Sugar Balsamic Vinegar Glazé

For the recipe

Preheat oven to 330° F

Roll rainbow trout fillet, and place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Drizzle pan with olive oil and toast the green chilis until slightly browned and remove frompan

Add bacon to the same pan and fry

Serve by topping trout with chili and bacon and finish with De Nigris Low Sugar Balsamic Vinegar Glazé
